What You'll Learn

Takedowns

Master single-leg, double-leg, and Greco-Roman throws. Build the explosive entries and setups used at the highest levels of Olympic wrestling.

Top Control

Develop dominant riding, tilts, and turns to control opponents on the mat. Learn pinning combinations that finish matches decisively.

Stand-up & Defence

Escape from bottom position with speed and technique. Sharpen your sprawls, underhooks, and defensive positioning to stay on your feet.

Competition Prep

Prepare for tournaments with live drilling, match simulation, and strategic game-planning. Open to all levels — local comps to international events.

Class Structure

All wrestling sessions integrate strength & conditioning — you won't need a separate S&C programme. Saturday mornings include a dedicated S&C-only slot for extra training.

Beginner

No experience needed

Start from zero. We build your wrestling foundation step by step — basic stances, movement patterns, breakfalls, and core techniques. Every session includes strength & conditioning work to develop the athletic base wrestling demands. Most new members start here.

Intermediate

6+ months training

Expand your technical repertoire with chained attacks, counters, and positional wrestling. Training intensity increases with more live sparring rounds. S&C programming shifts toward wrestling-specific power and endurance.

Competitor

Active competitors

High-intensity sessions built around competition preparation. Advanced technique, tactical drilling, full-pace sparring, and periodised S&C to peak for events. Coach Artem provides individualised game plans and match analysis.

Former Ukrainian Olympic wrestling team member turned international coach. Has coached national teams in Ukraine, Great Britain, Thailand, and Singapore. Multiple ADCC No-Gi gold medalist and professional MMA fighter.

With degrees in Physical Culture and Sports, Coach Artem brings a systematic, evidence-based approach to wrestling instruction. Whether you are stepping on the mat for the first time or preparing for international competition, his coaching adapts to your level and goals.
